2006 New Hampshire Statutes - Section 137-G:5-a Rulemaking.

The commissioner shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to:
    I. Standards by which eligible individuals shall qualify for assistance from the catastrophic illness program fund.
    II. Types of services which shall qualify as authorized services.
    III. Levels of financial assistance which shall be provided to eligible individuals who qualify for assistance.
