2006 New Hampshire Statutes - Section 135-C:37 Hearing Date.

The probate court judge of original jurisdiction shall, upon receipt of the petition, set a hearing date. The hearing shall be held within 15 days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays, from the date of receipt of the petition.
