2006 New Hampshire Statutes - Section 126:24-g Report.

Annually, on or after April 30 for birth data, and on or after August 31 for death data, the committee shall produce a report on the quality of the prior year's vital records data based on the final data year reports received from the National Center for Health Statistics for natality and mortality demographic files. The report shall include a statement on the quality and completeness of each element recorded on the statistical forms as they are maintained electronically. The report shall be submitted to the commissioner, or designee, the secretary of state, the registrar of vital records, the speaker of the house of representatives, and the president of the senate.
