NRS 483.620 - Violation not declared to be misdemeanor, gross misdemeanor or felony is civil infraction.

It is a civil infraction punishable pursuant to NRS 484A.703 to 484A.705, inclusive, for any person to violate any of the provisions of NRS 483.010 to 483.630, inclusive, unless such violation is, by NRS 483.010 to 483.630, inclusive, or other law of this State, declared to be a misdemeanor, gross misdemeanor or felony.
