- NRS 238.010 - "Legal notice" and "legal advertisement" defined.
- NRS 238.020 - "Daily," "triweekly," "semiweekly," "weekly" and "semimonthly" newspaper defined.
- NRS 238.030 - Publication of legal notice or advertisement only in qualified newspaper of general circulation and on Internet website of qualified newspaper; exceptions.
