Chapter 82A - Solicitation of Contributions
NRS 82A.060 - "Nonprofit organization" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 82A.060 (2022)
"Nonprofit organization" means an organization which qualifies as tax exempt pursuant to section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code.
