Chapter 77 - Model Registered Agents Act
NRS 77.040 - "Commercial registered agent" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 77.040 (2022)
"Commercial registered agent" means an individual or a domestic or foreign entity transacting business as a registered agent for 10 or more entities or any registered agent who elects to be registered under NRS 77.320.
