Chapter 709 - Franchises by Local Governments
NRS 709.350 - Proceeds from sale of franchise to be expended for improving streets.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 709.350 (2022)
The entire proceeds of the sale of such franchise as may be sold, in accordance with the provisions of NRS 709.290 to 709.360, inclusive, shall be devoted to and expended for the purpose of improving and paving the streets of the town.
