Chapter 709 - Franchises by Local Governments
NRS 709.300 - Franchise limited to 20 years.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 709.300 (2022)
No franchise shall be given under the provisions of NRS 709.290 to 709.360, inclusive, for a period longer than 20 years.
