Chapter 709 - Franchises by Local Governments
NRS 709.030 - Construction of appurtenances of plant.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 709.030 (2022)
The appurtenances of the plant shall be of the most approved construction for the comfort and convenience of the inhabitants of the counties, cities and towns of this state.
