Chapter 706A - Transportation Network Companies
NRS 706A.161 - Agreements between companies and monitored autonomous vehicle providers; compensation of monitored autonomous vehicle monitor.

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 706A.161 (2022)

1. A transportation network company may enter into an agreement with one or more monitored autonomous vehicle providers to receive connections to potential passengers from the company in exchange for the payment of a fee by the monitored autonomous vehicle provider to the company.

2. A monitored autonomous vehicle monitor employed by a monitored autonomous vehicle provider which has entered into an agreement with a transportation network company pursuant to subsection 1 may only accept compensation for his or her services from the monitored autonomous vehicle provider by which he or she is employed.
