Chapter 704 - Regulation of Public Utilities Generally
NRS 704.78347 - "Low-income household" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 704.78347 (2022)
"Low-income household" means a household, which may include one or more persons, with a median household income of not more than 80 percent of the area median household income, based on the guidelines published by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.
