Chapter 694C - Captive Insurers
NRS 694C.149 - State-chartered risk retention group" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 694C.149 (2022)
"State-chartered risk retention group" means any risk retention group that is formed in accordance with the laws of this State.
