Chapter 693A - Corporate Powers and Procedures of Domestic Stock and Mutual Insurers
NRS 693A.570 - "Voting securities" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 693A.570 (2022)
"Voting securities" means securities of any class or any ownership interest having voting power for the election of directors, trustees or management, other than securities having voting power only because of the occurrence of a contingency.
