Chapter 690B - Casualty Insurance
NRS 690B.450 - Applicability.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 690B.450 (2022)
The provisions of NRS 690B.400 to 690B.495, inclusive, do not apply to a person who is regulated pursuant to chapter 704 or 706 of NRS unless the person holds a permit issued pursuant to NRS 706A.130.
