NRS 690B.010 - Other applicable provisions.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 690B.010 (2022)
All contracts of casualty insurance covering subjects resident, located or to be performed in this State are subject to the applicable provisions of chapter 687B of NRS (the insurance contract), and to other applicable provisions of this Code.
