Chapter 690A - Credit Insurance
NRS 690A.140 - Consumer credit insurance required as additional security for debt: Use of existing insurance or through another insurer.

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 690A.140 (2022)

When any form of consumer credit insurance is required as additional security for any debt, the debtor may furnish the required amount of insurance through existing policies of insurance owned or controlled by the debtor or procure or furnish the required coverage through any insurer authorized to transact the business of insurance in this State.
