Chapter 690A - Credit Insurance
NRS 690A.0243 - "Net debt" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 690A.0243 (2022)
"Net debt" means the amount required to liquidate the remaining debt in a single lump-sum payment, excluding all unearned interest and other unearned finance charges.
