Chapter 669A - Family Trust Companies
NRS 669A.085 - "Interested person" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 669A.085 (2022)
"Interested person" means a person, other than the grantor of a trust, who is:
1. A person who would be a necessary party to a judicial proceeding involving a trust; or
2. An authorized representative pursuant to NRS 164.038.
