Chapter 658 - Supervision and Control
NRS 658.185 - Incidental powers of Commissioner.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 658.185 (2022)
In addition to the express powers, duties and functions given to the Commissioner by chapters 657 to 671, inclusive, of NRS, the Commissioner has such other powers and rights as may be necessary or incident to the proper discharge of the Commissioner’s duties.
