Chapter 658 - Supervision and Control
NRS 658.135 - Attestation of licenses, orders and certificates.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 658.135 (2022)
All licenses, orders and certificates issued by the Commissioner must be attested by the seal of the Division of Financial Institutions and by the signature of the Commissioner.
