NRS 644A.745 - Minimum amount of instruction required before student commences work on public. [Effective through December 31, 2021.] Minimum amount of instruction required before student commences work on public. [Effective January 1, 2022.]

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 644A.745 (2022)

A student enrolled as a cosmetologist, esthetician, electrologist, hair designer or nail technologist must receive a minimum of 10 percent of the total hours of instruction in the classroom before commencing work on members of the public.

A student enrolled as a cosmetologist, esthetician, advanced esthetician, electrologist, hair designer or nail technologist must receive a minimum of 10 percent of the total hours of instruction in the classroom before commencing work on members of the public.
