Chapter 644A - Cosmetology
NRS 644A.050 - "Electrologist" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 644A.050 (2022)
"Electrologist" means any person who engages in the occupation of permanently removing excess or unwanted hair from the body of any person only by the use of a needle.
