Chapter 640 - Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants and Physical Therapist Technicians
NRS 640.310 - Supervision by physical therapist while performing activities related to physical therapy; regulations.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 640.310 (2022)
The Board shall adopt regulations prescribing the activities that a physical therapist technician may perform only under the immediate supervision of a physical therapist. A physical therapist shall provide immediate supervision of a physical therapist technician while the technician performs any such activity.
