Chapter 639 - Pharmacists and Pharmacy
NRS 639.2802 - Availability of information concerning prices of prescriptions.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 639.2802 (2022)
In addition to any applicable requirements set forth in NRS 439B.600 to 439B.695, inclusive, prescription price information must be made available, upon request, by a pharmacist or practitioner who dispenses drugs.
