Chapter 639 - Pharmacists and Pharmacy
NRS 639.2595 - Liability of pharmacist or practitioner.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 639.2595 (2022)
A pharmacist or practitioner who selects a drug or interchangeable biological product for substitution assumes no greater civil liability than he or she assumes by filling the prescription with the drug under its brand name or the prescribed biological product.
