Chapter 639 - Pharmacists and Pharmacy
NRS 639.01531 - "Self-administered hormonal contraceptive" defined. [Effective January 1, 2022.]

"Self-administered hormonal contraceptive" means a self-administered contraceptive that utilizes a hormone and is approved for use by the United States Food and Drug Administration to prevent pregnancy. The term includes, without limitation, an oral contraceptive, a vaginal contraceptive ring, a contraceptive patch and any other method of hormonal contraceptive identified by the protocol established by the Board pursuant to NRS 639.28077.
