Chapter 639 - Pharmacists and Pharmacy
NRS 639.0071 - "Drug sample" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 639.0071 (2022)
"Drug sample" means a unit of a drug that is not to be sold and is used to promote the sale of the drug.
