Chapter 639 - Pharmacists and Pharmacy
NRS 639.005 - "Chemical" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 639.005 (2022)
"Chemical" means all chemicals intended, designed and labeled for use in the cure, treatment, mitigation or prevention of disease in humans or other animals.
