Chapter 630A - Homeopathic Physicians, Advanced Practitioners of Homeopathy and Homeopathic Assistants
NRS 630A.150 - Meetings; quorum; vote by President only in case of tie.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 630A.150 (2022)
1. The Board shall meet at least twice annually and may meet at other times on the call of the President or a majority of its members.
2. A majority of the Board constitutes a quorum to transact all business.
3. The President may vote only in case of a tie.
