Chapter 63 - State Facilities for Detention of Children
NRS 63.240 - Program to educate children regarding alcohol or substance use disorders.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 63.240 (2022)
The Director of the Department of Health and Human Services or the Director’s designee shall administer a program designed to educate the children of a facility in the problems caused by alcohol and substance use disorders.
