Chapter 615 - Vocational Rehabilitation
NRS 615.120 - "Physical or mental disability" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 615.120 (2022)
"Physical or mental disability" means an ongoing physical or mental condition which materially limits, contributes to limiting or, if not corrected, will probably result in limiting an individual’s physical or mental functioning.
