Chapter 587 - Agricultural Products and Seeds
NRS 587.0535 - "Restricted noxious weed seed" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 587.0535 (2022)
"Restricted noxious weed seed" means the seeds of noxious weeds which are objectionable or injurious in fields, lawns and gardens of this State, but may be controlled by good cultural or chemical practices.
