Chapter 585 - Food, Drugs and Cosmetics: Adulteration; Labels; Brands
NRS 585.320 - Adulterated food: Standards of purity, quality or strength.

A food shall be deemed to be adulterated if it falls below the standard of purity, quality or strength which it purports or is represented to possess.
