Chapter 584 - Dairy Products
NRS 584.107 - Penalty.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 584.107 (2022)
Any person who violates any provision of the regulations adopted pursuant to NRS 584.103, or refuses or neglects to obey any lawful order of the Director, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
