Chapter 573 - Public Sales of Livestock
NRS 573.103 - Audits of accounts; filing copies of audits.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 573.103 (2022)
Every operator of a public livestock auction whose accounts are audited under the provisions of the Packers and Stockyards Act, 7 U.S.C. § 204, as amended, shall file a copy of each such audit with the Director.
