Chapter 486 - Motorcycles and Similar Vehicles
NRS 486.385 - Local authorities prohibited from enacting ordinance providing criminal penalty if chapter prescribes civil penalty. [Effective January 1, 2023.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 486.385 (2022)
A local authority shall not enact an ordinance providing a criminal penalty for a violation of this chapter for which the penalty prescribed by this chapter is a civil penalty.
