Chapter 453C - Good Samaritan Drug Overdose Act
NRS 453C.040 - Opioid antagonist" defined.

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 453C.040 (2022)

"Opioid antagonist" means any drug that binds to opioid receptors and blocks or disinhibits the effects of opioids acting on those receptors. The term includes, without limitation, naloxone hydrochloride.
