Chapter 449A - Care and Rights of Patients
NRS 449A.603 - "Advance directive for psychiatric care" or "advance directive" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 449A.603 (2022)
"Advance directive for psychiatric care" or "advance directive" means a writing executed in accordance with the requirements of NRS 449A.618 pursuant to which the principal makes a declaration of instructions, information and preferences regarding his or her psychiatric care.
