Chapter 449A - Care and Rights of Patients
NRS 449A.448 - Recording determination of terminal condition and declaration.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 449A.448 (2022)
Upon determining that a declarant is in a terminal condition, the attending physician or attending advanced practice registered nurse who knows of a declaration shall record the determination, and the terms of the declaration if not already a part of the record, in the declarant’s medical record.
