Chapter 449A - Care and Rights of Patients
NRS 449A.427 - "Qualified patient" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 449A.427 (2022)
"Qualified patient" means a patient 18 or more years of age who has executed a declaration and who has been determined by the attending physician or attending advanced practice registered nurse to be in a terminal condition.
