Chapter 449A - Care and Rights of Patients
NRS 449A.418 - "Life-sustaining treatment" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 449A.418 (2022)
"Life-sustaining treatment" means a medical procedure or intervention that, when administered to a patient, serves only to prolong the process of dying.
