Chapter 449A - Care and Rights of Patients
NRS 449A.303 - Aftercare" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 449A.303 (2022)
"Aftercare" means care or assistance that is provided to a patient after the patient is discharged following inpatient treatment at a hospital.
