Chapter 449A - Care and Rights of Patients
NRS 449A.058 - "Palliative services" defined. [Effective through December 31, 2021.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 449A.058 (2022)
"Palliative services" means services and treatments directed toward the control of pain and symptoms which provide the greatest degree of relief for the longest period while minimizing any adverse effects of the services and treatments, including, without limitation, any side effects of any medications given or administered.
