Chapter 449A - Care and Rights of Patients
NRS 449A.033 - "Facility for the treatment of alcohol or other substance use disorders" defined. [Effective through December 31, 2021.]

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 449A.033 (2022)

"Facility for the treatment of alcohol or other substance use disorders" means any public or private establishment which provides residential treatment, including mental and physical restoration, of persons with alcohol or other substance use disorders. It does not include a medical facility or services offered by volunteers or voluntary organizations.
