Chapter 449A - Care and Rights of Patients
NRS 449A.029 - "Facility for the care of adults during the day" defined. [Effective through December 31, 2021.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 449A.029 (2022)
"Facility for the care of adults during the day" means an establishment operated and maintained to provide care during the day on a temporary or permanent basis for aged or infirm persons. The term does not include a halfway house for persons recovering from alcohol or other substance use disorders.
