Chapter 449 - Medical Facilities and Other Related Entities
NRS 449.4339 - Prosecution by district attorney.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 449.4339 (2022)
The district attorney of the county in which an intermediary service organization operates shall, upon application by the Division, institute and conduct the prosecution of any action for violation of any provision of NRS 449.4304 to 449.4339, inclusive.
