Chapter 449 - Medical Facilities and Other Related Entities
NRS 449.4314 - Application for certificate: Fee.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 449.4314 (2022)
Each application for a certificate to operate an intermediary service organization must be accompanied by such fee as may be determined by regulation of the Board. The Board may, by regulation, allow or require payment of a fee for a certificate in installments and may fix the amount of each payment and the date on which the payment is due.
