Chapter 449 - Medical Facilities and Other Related Entities
NRS 449.204 - Misleading name or other designation of facility prohibited.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 449.204 (2022)
The name, sign, listing or other designation of a medical facility or facility for the dependent must not contain any terms misleading to the public with regard to the services offered.
