Chapter 449 - Medical Facilities and Other Related Entities
NRS 449.0159 - "Provider of supported living arrangement services" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 449.0159 (2022)
"Provider of supported living arrangement services" means a natural person who or a partnership, firm, corporation, association, state or local government or agency thereof that has been issued a certificate pursuant to NRS 435.3305 to 435.339, inclusive, and the regulations adopted pursuant to NRS 435.3305 to 435.339, inclusive.
